A focused, three-year plan to move from vision to homes.

Closing the housing gap for First Peoples and Indigenous Nations requires more than good intentions, it requires a disciplined roadmap. Here is how we are building momentum, one phase at a time.

Year One · Foundation — by March 31, 2027

Stand up the institution. Activate the engine.

Done: federal incorporation (Corporation No. 1460040-1), a founding Board of three directors seated, and the CRA charitable registration application filed. Communities in active dialogue include Scugog Island First Nation and Hiawatha First Nation. Year One targets, not yet achieved: a $500K operational seed round, a strategic fundraising alliance for founding-partner cultivation at the $120,000+ tier, CMHC and ISC grant-readiness mapping, and readiness assessments with ten partner Nations.

  • CRA charitable registration application filed
  • Build toward the first philanthropic capital milestone
  • Continue assembling the executive and directorate structure
  • Prepare for future government grant applications
Year Two · Scale — by March 31, 2028

Launch the campaign. Secure the capital. Begin delivery.

Year Two targets include a major-gift campaign, philanthropic partner cultivation, applications to relevant public housing programs, and the development of modular design and manufacturer agreements suitable for partner-community needs. All funding remains subject to eligibility, application requirements and government approval.

  • $25M philanthropic capital raised, unlocking $125M in government grants
  • Factory slots secured across the manufacturer ecosystem
  • Parallel grants actively deploying to aligned First Peoples programs
  • Trade-training infrastructure established in partner communities
Year Three · Delivery — by March 31, 2029

250+ homes. Communities trained. A replicable engine.

Year Three targets include working toward 250+ high-performance modular homes across partner Nations, expanding community training, increasing Indigenous staff representation, and building a sustainable funding model. These are planning targets, not completed results, and depend on partnerships, capital, approvals and project readiness.

  • Target: 250+ homes occupied across Canada
  • Target: 50% Indigenous staff representation
  • Target: Housing Manager certification in funded communities
  • Target: seed a generational endowment

How we hold ourselves accountable

Transparency is built into the plan.

We don't ask anyone to take our progress on faith. Every phase comes with clear metrics and open reporting.

Measured outcomes

As projects begin, we intend to report homes delivered, cost per home, energy performance, and jobs created, and publish what we learn.

Open reporting

Donors and partners receive clear, honest updates on where funds go and what they achieve.

Community sign-off

Communities define success on their own terms, and their voice guides every phase of the plan.
